More than a Managed IT Services Provider

At SevenC, we set out to be more than an IT supplier, the kind of partner a business can genuinely lean on. Whether we’ve managed it isn’t ours to claim; our clients have already said it for us.

Take Kenneth Fisher, who runs IT at Avlock International, the industrial fastening company we’ve supported for nine years. He doesn’t call us a vendor.

For over two decades we’ve given South African SMEs their entire IT under one roof and one accountable team — security, cloud, backup, connectivity and Microsoft 365. When something breaks, there’s no being passed between suppliers. As Tammy at Crane Group, the construction and quantity-surveying consultancy, puts it, we “take care of the total solution” and it “doesn’t make a difference whose problem it is, it gets sorted and we move on.”

What our clients value most, though, isn’t the technology, it’s how it feels to work with us. We go over and above, we stay “just a phone call away,” and we explain things “in layman’s terms.” Those are the words of Kim Woolf, IT Supervisor at Masslift Africa, the materials-handling business, who sums the relationship up simply: “I’m never stranded.”

At Scribante Group, which leases equipment to the mines, Leon Nel points to the same thing from another angle, “one invoice is amazing,” “all your solutions in one pot,” and, when it counts, “100% uptime.” And on the rare day we get something wrong? “If they make a mistake, they fix it.”

Fast when it matters, too. When a mailbox at WHIPS, a national insurance pathology service, was compromised, it was our team who caught it and, as Samantha Jordaan recalls, “resolved [it] the same day, straight away.”
